We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to support the delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and support commercial growth. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, coordination and delivery. Campaign direction and ideas are developed collaboratively across the team, and you will take responsibility for turning those ideas into well‑structured, high‑quality campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently, on time and aligned with business priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, YouTube and offline channels
  • Turning campaign ideas into detailed execution plans including messaging, timelines and channel activity
  • Writing marketing copy for emails, website content, social media and campaign materials
  • Building and managing email campaigns including segmentation, scheduling and automation
  • Supporting social media planning and maintaining content calendars
  • Working closely with the Content and Creative Executive to produce campaign assets
  • Ensuring all campaign activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Supporting sales and business development teams with aligned marketing activity
  • Monitoring performance and providing clear insights to improve future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in a marketing role focused on campaign delivery or coordination
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience using email marketing platforms
  • Experience working with website or CMS systems
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery
  • A data‑aware mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Desirable

  • Experience in a B2B or commercially focused environment
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practice
