As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and exceptional Warehouse Manager to join our management team and deliver warehousing excellence in our fast-paced operation.
About the Role: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading the efficient handling of products ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and distribution. This is a hands-on demanding and fast paced leadership role requiring exceptional organisational skills, leadership and a laser focus on safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse operations at the Macclesfield site, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of materials and finished doors
- Work closely with production teams
- Lead, supervise, and develop all warehouse employees
- Ensure safe handling and storage of large, heavy, and fragile door products
