We are looking for a proactive and organized IT & Data Analyst to act as the internal point of contact for IT and data across DoorCo. This role is not about fixing infrastructure directly, instead, you will:
- Coordinate and manage our IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Work with Pure Cyber on security oversight
- Develop Power BI reports to support the business & ensure data management is streamlined & uniformed.
You will play a key role in making sure our systems run smoothly, suppliers deliver effectively, and data is used to drive better decisions. You will also lead the business in achieving both Cyber security and cyber security plus accreditation as well as ensuring the IT infrastructure is in line with company objectives & growth at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Coordination (via MSP)
- Act as the main point of contact between DoorCo and our IT MSP
- Log, track, and escort IT issues to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor MSP performance against agreed service levels
- Support users by ensuring issues are followed through to completion
- Maintain documentation of systems, users, IT & Data policies and assets.
- Cybersecurity Coordination (with Pure Cyber)
- Work with Pure Cyber to monitor and maintain our security posture
- Support implementation of security recommendations
- Assist with user awareness and basic security processes
- Help coordinate responses to any security alerts or incidents
- Power BI & Reporting
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Work with teams to understand reporting needs
- Help improve data visibility across the business
- Ensure reports are accurate, clear, and useful
- General Support & Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Assist with creating & delivering the business AI strategy.
- Support internal projects involving systems or data
- Act as a bridge between technical suppliers and business users
Key Skills & Experience
- Experienced using Power BI / Microsoft SQL
- Some experience in an IT, systems, or data-related role
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 / Azure environments / Cloud Based Solutions
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with external suppliers
- Experience working with MSPs or IT support providers
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Experience in a growing or operational business environment
