Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the Central London office, 2 days remote (days in office to be agreed)

THE ROLE

As our Senior Account Manager for DCO, you will be the strategic and creative role driving our programmatic DOOH campaigns. You will act as the key link between agency planning teams, clients, as well as our internal tech teams to identify and deliver award-winning work. Your role is to build deep relationships, drive commercial opportunities, and translate client briefs into effective, data-driven DCO campaigns that showcase the power of DOOH.COM and programmatic Out of Home.

You’ll be responsible for generating opportunities for the use of our core products and services across our clients, agency teams and other business units. This will be through leading programmatic campaign briefs & brainstorms, managing the evolution of creative concepts through to securing the campaign bookings and beyond - helping to deliver the most effective, award-winning campaigns for our agencies and clients.

You’ll be responsible for leading relationships with DSPs, partners and media owners for programmatic campaigns, working closely with the DOOH.com delivery and technology team as well as activation teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and develop strong strategic relationships with planning teams across clients and partner specialist/agencies.
  • Leading responses to briefings providing creative and strategic support to planners when required including budgets, costing and monitoring client spend.
  • Identify pro-active opportunities to drive growth of smart DCO campaigns using DOOH.COM’s technology and services ensuring the team sales trackers are maintained throughout.
  • Being active within the clients/agencies and attending networking events and other industry conferences.
  • Responsible for driving specific targets, being the lead contact, leading regular status meetings and growing revenue (new and existing client growth) for DCO campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing of DOOH.com through the generation of sales material such as creative decks, and generation of mock-ups, as well as case studies, pushing award entries and post campaign analysis PCA decks.
  • Lead selected business development tasks, internal creative sessions, ideation sessions, projects tasks, internal product development initiatives, site visits as well as client events & presentations.
  • Work to build and maintain relationships with DSPs and other key programmatic players relevant to DCO.
  • Work closely with the internal delivery/technology teams at DOOH.com to ensure our offering of solutions and products is relevant.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead client meetings.
  • Proven ability to build strong client and agency relationships.
  • Creative Mindset – Ability to problem solve in response to client briefs and campaign requirements.
  • Comfortable working both within a busy office environment as part of a large and diverse team as well as individually on tasks and other projects.
  • 1.5 - 2 years' experience in working within the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad-serving (e.g. Hivestack, Vistar, The Trade Desk).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) required.
  • Middleweight Photoshop, After Effects or other Adobe Creative Suite software experience beneficial.
