Own the Hire. Bring the network. Build the team behind the magic.
Doodle is a B2B Saa S platform used by millions of professionals to coordinate meetings and collaboration across teams and companies.
We are the global leader in time orchestration, and we are growing from a scheduling product into a broader productivity and coordination platform.
More people, more markets, more roles to fill.
That is where you come in. We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Partner who lives and breathes recruiting and loves finding brilliant people.
We are growing fast and hiring across the business, so there is plenty to get your teeth into.
You will own your roles end to end and bring in the people who shape our next chapter.
You are a hunter at heart.
You do not wait for applications to land. You already know the best people in your market, you have the network, and you know how to reach them.
You understand how a Saa S business is built, across engineering, product, and commercial, and you can hold your own with any hiring manager.
- What you will actually do
- Own the hire. Run full cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer, across engineering, product, and commercial.
- Find passive talent. The best people are not applying. You find them. You reach out. You build relationships before the role even opens.
- Build the pipeline. Grow and own talent pools for the roles we hire again and again. Engineering, sales, product.
- Set the bar. Partner with hiring managers to define the role, the profile, and the quality bar. Keep the process structured and fast.
- Own the experience. Give every candidate an experience they talk about, whatever the outcome.
- Own the data. Run our ATS (Teamtailor). Keep pipelines clean. Report on time to fill, conversion, and quality of hire.
- Close. Manage offers with People Ops and get great people to yes.
- You will also jump on
- Employer brand. Work with marketing to push the Doodle name out there. Keep our careers page and job posts strong so the right people find us.
- Nurture talent. Keep our talent pools warm. Stay close to good people so they think of us when the time is right.
- Get out there. Represent Doodle at networking events and meetups, and meet talent in person.
- Manager coaching. Train hiring managers on interviewing and structured hiring.
- Reporting. Give leadership a clear read on pipeline and hiring progress.
- Process. Spot what slows us down and help fix it as we grow.
What do you bring?
- The track record. 5+ years of full cycle recruiting, in house or agency, ideally in tech or Saa S.
- The network. A live network in tech or Saa S, especially engineering. You know who is good and you can reach them.
- The sourcing craft. Strong hands on sourcing. Fluent with Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI sourcing tools. You do not rely on inbound.
- The domain knowledge.
You know how Saa S companies are built.
You recruit across engineering, product, and commercial, and you speak each language.
Backend, frontend, and data.
Product and design.
Sales, marketing, and customer success.
This is a must.
- The energy. You thrive under a heavy load of open roles. You move fast and you own your numbers.
- The style. Direct and honest. You give fast, clear feedback.
- The language. Fluent English. German is a plus.
- The location. Based in London or Berlin, with the right to work there.
Why Doodle?
- Real impact. You build the team that changes how the world meets.
- Full ownership. You run your desk from day one. A small, senior team that trusts you to move.
- A human rhythm. Flexible, hybrid, and a balance of life and work that respects your time as much as our users'.
- Our commitment
At Doodle we are building a team of many backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
We offer equal opportunity to every applicant and teammate, with no regard to age, race, colour, disability, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
The more inclusive we are, the better our work and our product.
We want to hear from you, so please apply.
Please note: we can only consider your application if you are based in and have the right to work in the UK or Germany.
