Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or pipeline-generating role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals
- Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise buyers across multiple regions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in German is a plus, as is experience with selling to the DACH market
- We would also love to hear from candidates with fluency in other EU languages as we accelerate our growth across EMEA
What the job involves
- We’re scaling our Sales Organisation to accelerate growth across North America and EMEA.
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the front line of our demand generation engine, driving pipeline creation through targeted outreach, qualification, and engagement with prospects in our key markets.
- You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product-Led Growth, and Account Executives to turn outbound interest and active enterprise users into high-quality sales pipeline that fuels both new business and expansion revenue.
- Build, qualify, and nurture a high-quality pipeline of leads through a mix of outbound and account expansion activities.
- Conduct research on target accounts to craft personalized outreach that resonates with prospects’ challenges and use cases.
- Collaborate with AEs and Growth Marketing to execute campaigns in our priority regions (North America, UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics).
- Use CRM and sales engagement tools to track, measure, and optimise activity across channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video).
- Partner closely with the Product-Led Growth team to identify activation and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets.
- Provide feedback from the market to marketing and product teams to improve messaging and product positioning.
