Account Executive (AE) , you will own the full sales cycle, driving new business acquisition and expansion opportunities in key verticals.
You will partner with SDRs, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success to convert demand into high‑quality, predictable revenue.

- What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close across Mid‑Market and Enterprise accounts, consistently delivering against quarterly ARR targets
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to position Doodle’s value proposition specifically for Education, Healthcare and Professional Services, navigating procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Conduct deep account research to uncover high‑value use cases, champion paths, organisational complexity, and buying groups
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover organisational pain points, map buying groups, and build ROI‑based business cases
- Partner with SDRs to refine outbound messaging and work with the PLG team and Customer Success to identify expansion triggers within existing accounts
- Operate with precision in CRM and sales engagement tools; maintain world‑class data hygiene to support forecasting accuracy and suggest automations to improve deal velocity
- Consistently exceed activity and revenue targets to fuel predictable ARR growth
- Our Ideal Candidate (What You Bring)
- 3+ years of full‑cycle Account Executive experience in B2B Saa S, product‑led growth, or similar high‑velocity environments
- Demonstrated track record of selling into Education (Higher Ed/Universities), Healthcare, or Professional Services, with a clear understanding of the regulatory and operational nuances in these sectors
- History of overachieving quota and the ability to discuss your metrics (win rates, ACV, sales cycle length)
- Familiarity with a sales methodology (MEDDIC, SPICED, Sandler) and the ability to bring structure to deal cycles
- Experience engaging mid‑market and enterprise buyers across multiple regions
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory; fluency in German or another EU language is a strong plus as we expand across EMEA
