The Role: As Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in running depot and traffic management operations efficiently, safely and professionally. You’ll lead teams, support planning, maintain standards and help drive performance across the business. This role is ideal for someone who understands site operations and now wants to take ownership, lead others and develop into senior management over time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Depot Manager in day-to-day operations
- Leading and motivating operational teams
- Briefing crews and ensuring safe working practices
- Carrying out site visits, audits and quality checks
- Helping plan labour, vehicles and equipment efficiently
- Managing customer expectations and resolving issues
- Monitoring performance, productivity and standards
- Deputising for the Depot Manager when required
- Supporting health & safety culture across the depot
- Taking part in the out-of-hours rota

Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience within traffic management operations
- 12D traffic management experience
- CSCS card
- Lantra 12D M1, M2, M3, M5 & M6
- Full UK Driving Licence
