We’ve experienced significant growth over the past 10 years which we’ve achieved through consistently delivering high quality work on behalf of our clients, including National Grid and South Staffordshire Water. We pride ourselves on the strength of our relationship with our clients and subcontractors and despite operating in a very fast-paced and often challenging industry, we will soon register a turnover of £100m, a significant milestone for the organisation. Responsibilities * Assist with day-to-day site operations, supporting skilled trades and plant operators * Carry out general groundworks, including digging, backfilling, and site clearance * Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely around the site * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with health and safety standards * Set up and dismantle barriers, fencing, and signage to maintain safe working areas * Support utility installation and maintenance works, including laying pipes, ducts, and cables * Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers to ensure efficient workflow * Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices * Operate basic tools and equipment, ensuring they are used correctly and stored safely * Provide flexibility in assisting with a variety of site-based tasks as required Technical Skills & Experience * Previous experience working as a construction labourer is essential Qualifications & Training * CSCS card * Driving licence Additional Information Doocey Group value a diverse workforce and welcome applications form all sections of the community, regardless of any protected characteristics.
