The Role This is a newly created role to support the Finance Manager with daily bank reporting, asset funding support, business and partnering and miscellaneous tasks as required. The individual will have the opportunity to join a growing, multi-faceted company and gain experience in different areas of finance and the wider business environment. Training will be provided for this role; however, we require someone with previous experience working within a finance position. Responsibilities * Daily banking updating and communications * Remittance reconciliations * Support with Aged Debt and WIP Analysis across all divisions and contracts * Printing and filing ready for review, Commercial & Operations Outstanding reports, assisting with the analysis of reports * Obtaining quotes for asset finance and dealing with queries * Properties funding – collating required information from different departments to support funding * Maintain and update Properties Lease * General administration and reporting as required * Collaborate within other areas of the business with regard to financial operations of the group Personal Qualities * Attention to Detail * Integrity and Trustworthiness * Reliability * Willingness to Learn * Basic Numeracy & Tech Skills * Organisational Skills * Problem-Solving Attitude * Professionalism * Time Management Technical Skills & Experience * 2 years office and/or finance experience Qualifications & Training * GCSEs Grade 9-4 or equivalent * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Business or finance qualification (desirable) Additional Information Doocey Group value a diverse workforce and welcome applications form all sections of the community, regardless of any protected characteristics.
