We are seeking a highly motivated Fundraising & Partnerships Executive to support the organisation's fundraising, sponsorship and partnership development activities while promoting the DBIS brand and expanding commercial opportunities.. .
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement fundraising, sponsorship and partnership strategies to secure financial support for creative, cultural and commercial projects..
- Identify, research and approach prospective corporate sponsors, investors, grant providers and strategic partners in the UK and overseas..
- Prepare sponsorship proposals, partnership presentations and marketing materials tailored to potential funding partners..
- Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with sponsors, investors, corporate partners and key stakeholders..
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, networking events, industry showcases and promotional activities to maximise partnership opportunities..
- Conduct market research to identify emerging funding trends, partnership opportunities and competitor activity within the creative, fashion and cultural sectors..
- Work closely with senior management to develop commercial partnership strategies supporting organisational growth and international expansion..
- Monitor fundraising performance, maintain CRM records, prepare analytical reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness using marketing metrics..
- Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and partnership opportunities..
- Represent the organisation at exhibitions, conferences, networking events and industry meetings in the UK and internationally..
- Ensure all fundraising and partnership activities comply with organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements..
Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline..
- Experience in fundraising, sponsorship, business development, partnership management, marketing or client relationship management..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
- Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills..
- Ability to prepare professional sponsorship proposals and partnership documentation..
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems..
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously..
- Ability to analyse market information and produce reports to support business decisions..
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally when required..
Desirable.
- Experience within fashion, creative industries, media, cultural organisations or international projects..
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding and social media promotion..
- Experience working with international stakeholders across Europe and Asia..
- Additional language skills such as Mandarin or Cantonese would be advantageous.
