We’re looking for a thoughtful, creatively-driven mid-level strategist, with at least 3-6 years of experience to join Don’t Panic and help shape campaigns and brands that make a genuine real-world impact. Some FMCG experience would also be beneficial but not essential.
You’ll work across a mix of not-for-profits and purpose-led brands, helping to uncover insights, shape strategic direction, and collaborate closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life. Experience working with impactful brands or charities is a bonus, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone curious, collaborative, and hungry to grow.
We see strategy and creativity as deeply connected, so you’ll need strong creative instincts, confidence in presenting ideas, and a collaborative mindset.
