We are seeking two creative Sous Chefs to join our culinary team at our large hotel and our purpose built event space. Your role will involve planning and executing menus for banquets, weddings, functions, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring that the food served at events is of the highest quality. You will form part of the senior team within the kitchen brigade.
