Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through their car‑buying journey.
- Showcase our impressive inventory of quality new, used and commercial vehicles matching customers with the right vehicle for their personal needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets with a winning attitude.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Drive and determination to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must have a full driving licence.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English.
- Full valid driving licence required.
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Positive, confident, determined approach.
