As a Sales Executive, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey - from initial enquiry to final handover. Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs and performance objectives. Support Retail and Motability customers throughout the complete sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in line with company procedures. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the dealership to support overall business performance Essential Criteria: Previous automotive sales or motor industry experience. Full UK driving licence. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience using Kerridge or a similar CRM system.
