About Us We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our Bangor team. With a wide range of quality used vehicles and a strong reputation for excellent service, we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role offers an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of Β£40,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximise your earnings based on your performance. If you are driven, customer-focused, and passionate about sales, we'd love to hear from you. Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales. Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided). Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions. Candidate Requirements Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales.
