Donnelly Group is expanding its brand offering at our Mallusk showrooms to welcome Leapmotor into our family, alongside our already busy Fiat and Alfa Romeo franchises. We're looking for energetic, motivated people to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience across all three brands.
About the Role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll support customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey while developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed within a modern retail sales environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for people, technology and innovation, particularly within the automotive sector. You'll develop expert knowledge across the Leapmotor, Fiat and Alfa Romeo ranges, including electric vehicle technology and infotainment systems. An interest in sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential, as this role offers structured development and clear progression opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Represent Donnelly Group and our brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating the Leapmotor, Fiat and Alfa Romeo vehicle ranges

- Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service
