This role offers an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £40,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximise your earnings based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
- Sell a wide range of new, used and commercial vehicles tailored to customer needs
- Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements
- Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales
- Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions
- Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided)
- Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths)
