We are now recruiting enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our established Mallusk team and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a diverse range of vehicles, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop your earning potential within a successful and growing business. This role offers an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £40,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximise your earnings based on your performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell a wide range of new, used and commercial vehicles tailored to customer needs
  • Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements
  • Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales
  • Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products
  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions
  • Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided)
  • Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths & English)
  • Full valid UK driving licence
