We're recruiting a Volkswagen Product Specialist who can deliver a customer experience that reflects the high standards, professionalism, and customer-first approach that have made Donnelly Group one of the leading names in the motor industry. In This Role, You Will:

  • Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and Volkswagen
  • Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles
  • Become an expert in the full Volkswagen model range
  • Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours
  • Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise
