As a Trainee Warranty Administrator, you will support the team in processing warranty claims and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. You will also assist with checking documentation, tracking claims, and maintaining organised records while learning key warranty processes.

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Help prepare and submit warranty claims using internal systems
  • Check repair paperwork to ensure details are correct and complete
  • Track claims and follow up on any that are delayed or rejected
  • Work with technicians and service advisors to gather the correct information
  • Keep records of claims and related documents organised
  • Learn warranty policies and procedures
  • Assist with general administrative tasks within the service department
