The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Location: Ballymena

The successful candidate will assist with the accurate and timely preparation of accounts in line with company policy and procedures. This will include assisting with the reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts monthly, identifying control weaknesses and taking remedial action when required. You will also provide backup information and support for the accounting team, site director and other management whilst ensuring that all work completed complies with Group, manufacturer and industry guidelines.

This is a part-time position, with flexibility in the arrangement of working hours. The role will require you to perform some of the following duties but also to have a working knowledge of all areas of the accounts function including:

  • Sales Ledger
  • Preparation of daily lodgements
  • Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
  • Assisting with Credit management
  • Preparation of month end statements
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Processing of purchase invoices
  • Verification/coding of invoices
  • Scanning & storage of invoices
  • Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements
  • Other duties: Posting of receipts & payments
