A leading UK theatre company is seeking a Head of HR to partner with stakeholders across the organisation for employee management and welfare. The successful candidate will manage all HR operations and ensure compliance while supporting the business's overarching strategy.

Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and training effectiveness.

The role is part-time, requiring 30 hours of work across four weekdays. An ideal start date is in late March/early April, with a salary of £55,000 pro rata.
