We are seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to support the management and administration of financial data, research, alternative data and other strategic third-party vendors for a highly respected global alternative investment manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of financial data, research, software and technology vendors throughout the vendor lifecycle.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, renewals, amendments and offboarding activities.
- Maintain complete and accurate vendor records, contracts and documentation across internal systems.
- Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates and operational deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Support procurement, legal and compliance workflows by preparing, routing and tracking documentation through established approval processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across technology, finance, legal, compliance and business teams to ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with external vendors regarding operational and administrative matters.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation that enables informed operational and commercial decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation and team efficiency.
