Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering activities on site and ensure works are delivered to design, programme, and quality standards.
  • Play a key role in the site leadership team, contributing to project planning, programme coordination, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery of technical information.
  • Record site activities and manage documentation using Procore (training provided).
  • Supervise subcontractors and oversee quality of workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
  • Ensure all works align with project-specific quality plans, ISO standards, and H&S requirements.
  • Review technical documents and drawings, and provide engineering input at site meetings.
  • Manage project close-out, including warranties, sign-offs, and handover documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development on site.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Engineer with 5+ years’ experience in a site-based role (main contracting preferred).
  • Proficient in setting out, surveying, and temporary works.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and site supervision skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CAD; experience with document control systems.
  • Full, clean Irish driving licence.
