The Role
Within the role of Shell Process Owner your responsibility will be to develop and maintain the metallurgical and dimensional integrity of product passing through the investment casting process. You will provide engineering and technical support for shell production operations, ensuring that CTPs and CTQs for the department are on track and properly developed. This role supports new product development as well as legacy product improvement!

- Understanding of Investment Shelling Process and VA Shell Line Technology
- Practical Shell room knowledge including, rodding, bandaging, refractory and binder knowledge, laboratory testing of slurries, binder SGd, PH values and accelerated GEL tests
- Project Management and supervisory experience is preferred
