At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our team working in Revert in Killamarsh, Sheffield. Revert in superalloys refers to high value scrap material such as runners and rejected castings, these are recycled from the production process and remelted to create new nickel or cobalt based alloys. The successful individual will be integral to maintaining and supporting this process.

Working hours: Days role – Monday to Thursday 7.30‑4, Friday 6‑12.

The Role: In this role you will work flexibly, according to your skills and experience with full training given for any task on which you are deployed. Tasks in our Revert team typically involve booking and sorting revert material, making material furnace ready which includes cutting, plasma, shotting and inspecting materials. These roles involve carrying out all duties in a safe and efficient manner and contributing towards Ross & Catherall’s quality and delivery targets. Individuals will be expected to maintain excellent standards of housekeeping, bringing any safety or quality concerns to the attention of their manager.
