The Role

As a Post Cast Operator Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations of your assigned production area. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver on safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high‑performing production processes. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll set the standard on the shop floor by promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. You’ll monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed targets. From managing staff training and performance to coordinating daily priorities, you’ll play a vital role in keeping production on track and maintaining the highest quality standards. Alongside managing daily operations, you’ll work closely with the Production Manager to support long‑term planning and strategic initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency.
