At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Post Cast Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Chard, Somerset. This position is on a rotating shift pattern – Monday – Thursday 0600-1400/1400-2200, Friday 0600-1200/1200-1800.

The Role
As a Pre Cast Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the pre cast department in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, safety and people management. Typical tasks will include management of work processes, effective management and allocation of all resources, as well as supporting business planning initiatives. You will ensure that all shift operators are adhering to their working instructions and quality assurance thoroughly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
