The Role

As a Production Manager, you will oversee the site during the night shift, with 3 direct reports: Post Cast Team Leader, Pre Cast Team Leader and Maintenance Team Leader. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure that all production and operating facilities operate safely and in compliance with regulatory and internal safety and environmental programmes. You will support business planning and budgeting by developing long-term and short-term cost containment/reduction strategies. As a Production Manager, you will ensure that excellence is achieved through a high-performance culture with strong continuous improvement and lean manufacturing ethic. Supporting Quality Lead, you will complete Audit Quality Compliance throughout the factory, and develop annual operations revenue, capital budget, and quarterly forecast updates.

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
