Sales & Customer Service Manager in Droitwich

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire! This role will require 4 days working on site per week.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Manager to manage our customer portfolio and head up a small sales/customer service function, leading one team member. This role works closely with engineering, operations, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery, strong customer relationships, and effective commercial support. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, analytically minded and experience within manufacturing (ideally within castings or aerospace) that may be looking for the next step up into a more senior role, with responsibility for nurturing existing onsite customers while developing relationships with new ones!

• Proven experience of managing and developing successful customer relationships in an Engineering/Manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of precision casting or related sector is desired.
• Knowledge and experience of working with OEM's in the Aerospace and/or IGT industries.
• Understanding of profit margins, business finance and management costing.
