We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Commercial Administrator to join our team. This customer-facing role is central to delivering an excellent customer experience, providing day-to-day support to customers while working closely with the Customer Service Manager and teams across Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Sales.

You'll manage customer enquiries and orders, maintain accurate customer and contract information, coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met, and keep customers informed on order progress and delivery schedules. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help ensure a smooth, efficient service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update the QMS contract review system.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and resolve queries.
  • Monitor order progress and provide customers with timely updates on delivery schedules and order status.
  • Support the delivery of a professional, efficient and customer-focused service.

To Succeed in this role, you will:
  • Be confident navigating Excel to maintain and update trackers daily and weekly for customers.

  • Have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering or aerospace company.
