Must have experience with:
- Sage Payroll – Processing, payments and year end
- Sage Accounts – Posting sales and purchase invoices, receipts & payments, all account procedures through to month end and year end
Other responsibilities include:
- Paying Suppliers via Bankline
- Monitoring Customers receipts – chase if necessary
- Petty Cash & Banking
- Checking Post & Emails
- Invoicing from Job Cards
- Matching Purchase invoices to delivery notes and job cards
- Answering phone
- Filing
- General running of the office, e.g., Utility bills, mobiles, Vehicle tax, MOTs, insurance, Stationery, Post office
Days & Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 18 hours/week
Holidays: 17.5 days/year including bank holidays
Accrued Rate: £13.50/hour – 3 months trial then £15/hour
