We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Racing Sales Executive. About the role: As Sales Executive based at Doncaster Racecourse, you will work within our commercial team, driving the commercial success of the North of England and Midlands. You will drive commercial sales by the effective conversion of enquires, with a focus on account management and driving repeat business. This role will also include some pro-active sales to both existing clients and new clients. Responsibilities for the successful Racing Sales Executive include (but not limited to): Responding to incoming enquiries via email and phone within the prescribed timescale with a professional and positive manner. Upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. Recognizing the opportunity by always addressing client needs to provide the best commercial solution through the best fit experience. Preparing accurate paperwork within the set pricing parameters, consistent with the commercial model for specific course / race day / event. Ensuring accurate and effective handover to the delivery teams who will be responsible for the operation of the experiences, continuing an effective and steady flow of communication. Relentlessly positive attitude Previous experience within a customer service or a sales environment Worked within an office environment GCSE or equivalent in Math and English Ability to work on own initiative and be an excellent communicator.
