THE OLD BREWHOUSE, Cusworth Doncaster

Position: Shift Manager

Salary: £26,528 per annum.

Hours: Average 37hrs per week across a 3 week, rolling rota pattern

The Old Brewhouse is housed inside the original brewhouse of Cusworth Hall, Brewing and Serving ales direct from the 1086 Brewery. With a variety of Hot and Cold Drinks, a range of Bar Snacks, and wood fired pizzas, with an on-site and take away service, and a programme of Live music and Events.

About the role: You will be key to the front of house experience, supporting the General Manager in the smooth running of the venue, managing health and safety, presentation standards and customer service excellence. As we offer a seven day operation, your shift pattern will be a mix of Days, evenings and weekend shifts with a minimum of two rest days in seven days.

About You: You will be motivated and excited about the hospitality trade. People will be your passion and you will be driven to succeed. Ideally you will be a personal license holder, with some Bar management and catering experience. Working in a previous supervisory or people management role will be an advantage, however full training and support will be offered if you possess the right approach and attitude. Keeping a level head under pressure, and ensuring excellent standards are maintained during busy service are key behaviours to ensure your success in this role.
