About the Role -As a Presentation Assistant, you\βll play a vital part in creating a positive first impression for every visitor. This is not just a cleaning/housekeeping role. you will be a visible and approachable member of our team, ensuring our facilities are presented to the highest standards at all times and our customers have an enjoyable safe and clean experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the centre, including poolside, changing areas, gym, outside areas and compounds and communal spaces in line with COSHH regulations.
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels (cleaning supplies, consumables, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conducting regular checks to identify maintenance or safety issues as well as spot checking areas and reporting issues promptly to management.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner providing front line customer service support and information where needed.
- Following health and safety protocols to keep yourself, colleagues, and visitors safe.
- Working as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues to keep the venue running at its very best.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work are essential.
What We are Looking For- We want someone who takes satisfaction in delivering excellent standards and understands the importance of a well-presented facility in enhancing customer experience.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience with cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Knowledge of COSHH (although training will be provided).
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a rota pattern that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Role Details
- Contract: Part-Time (average of 20 hours per week)
- Salary: Β£13,036 per annum
- Location: Adwick Leisure Complex, Doncaster
