As a Lifeguard/Leisure Assistant you will work to deliver a high level of service to the public. The role will include Pool Lifeguarding, but you could be asked to work in any of the departments at the site. You will work to ensure health & safety is always maintained and to ensure that every customer receives high levels of care and consideration during their visit.

Working on a casual basis, the shifts are posted on an Ad-Hoc basis. Available shifts will be posted on the Rota App and can be claimed by staff wishing to work the shift. Employees can pick the shifts they wish to work by accepting shifts which suit them, giving flexibility.

Applicants are expected to hold a valid Pool Lifeguard qualification.

Located in and around Doncaster, our venues are at the heart of the community. The facilities offer a range of activities from swimming, gym and studio programmes, outdoor pitches, ten pin bowling alley and soft play, ice rink and cycling. As DCLT's capital investment programme continues and with the recent & future reopening of our refurbished centres, we are looking to further expand our team across the Trust.
