Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust (DCLT) is a registered charity delivering premier leisure and culture provision in the City of Doncaster. As DCLT’s capital investment program continues and with the reopening of the Lagoons, we are looking to further expand our team. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and well-organised swimming teachers to join our award-winning programme at The Dome in Doncaster. You will be committed to best practice, continuous improvement and have a positive approach to safety and customer care.
About the role: DCLT is looking for Level 2 Swim Teachers with a can-do attitude to join our highly flexible team. You will be working to deliver outstanding swimming lessons to our community.
About you: You are enthusiastic, with a positive attitude towards learning to swim. You're an excellent communicator with all age groups and have the ability to inspire confidence and motivate others. You encourage people and put them at ease and are professional, punctual and well-organised. You have the flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business.
Additional Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check will be completed as part of the application process
- Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification.
