We're hiring at The Dome. We are gearing up for an extremely busy year, and as we reopen the Lagoons, we are seeking exceptional hospitality team members to join the catering team of the venue. The Dome has a variety of food and beverage outlets serving the large number of customers who visit the attractions in the venue. No two days are the same and we have the following vacancies within the catering team available.

Position: Catering Shift Manager, up to 3 positions available

Salary: £27,589 per annum

Hours: Average of 37 hours, worked across a three-week shift pattern which includes evenings and weekends

About the role: You are key to the front of house experience, supporting your colleagues in the smooth running of the food and beverage operation across various outlets and activities. Team focused, the role requires a strong all-rounder, understanding the need to balance a strong management ethos with the ability to make work fun and focused on success.

About you: You are highly motivated and work well in a team driven to succeed. You relish learning new skills and developing your team. Ideally a personal licence holder who has experience of working at a management or supervisory level in hospitality.
