Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust (DCLT) is a registered charity delivering premier leisure and culture provision across Doncaster, with a diverse portfolio of venues in the pursuit of our aims of addressing physical inactivity, raising cultural ambition and tackling education inequalities in the Borough of Doncaster. As DCLT’s capital investment program continues and with the recent & future reopening of our refurbished centres, we are looking to further expand our team across the Trust.
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and well organised swimming teachers to join our award-winning programme, delivered at venues across Doncaster. You will be committed to best practice, continuous improvement and with a positive approach to safety and customer care.
About the role: DCLT is looking for Level 2 Swim Teachers with a can-do attitude to join our highly flexible team. We have opportunities for teachers at sites across the Trust. You will be working to deliver outstanding swimming lessons to our community.
About you: You are enthusiastic, with a positive attitude towards learning to swim. You're an excellent communicator with all age groups and have the ability to inspire confidence and motivate others. You encourage people and put them at ease and are professional, punctual and well-organised. You have the flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business.
Additional Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Level 2 Swim Teacher Certificate or equivalent.

Hours: Shifts are allocated on a casual basis over a mixture of days, evenings and weekends with a minimum of 2 rest days per week.
