Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre remains an iconic venue both locally and regionally, offering a range of activities, including The Campsite, Inflatable Aqua Park, Natural Lake Pool, Craft Launch and Paddle sports, axe Throwing, Climbing and Archery.
We are actively recruiting for experienced team leaders to join our committed and passionate team.
About the role: You are key to the front of house experience, supporting the General Manager in the smooth running of the Campsite, Café and Shop. This role has Key Holding responsibility and requires the delivery of best practice in both Health and Safety and Food Safety standards. Our vision is to achieve and deliver the best standards of quality products and customer service excellence.
About You: You will be motivated and excited about the hospitality trade. People will be your passion and you will be driven to succeed. Ideally, you will be a personal license holder with some previous Bar and Catering Management experience. Some experience in a previous supervisory or people management role would be to your advantage; however, full training and support will be offered to someone who shows the right attributes and attitude. Keeping a level head under pressure and ensuring consistent standards and quality delivery during busy service are key behaviours you will possess to ensure your success in this role.
