An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Academy for an exceptional Student Welfare Manager to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals. We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to provide high quality pastoral care, support and guidance for students, identifying and removing barriers to learning, promoting health and wellbeing to secure positive progression routes.
The role involves liaising with staff, multi agencies and parents/carers to ensure that students develop the emotional, social and physical resilience to engage successfully with learning. The successful candidate will be required to work 3 additional days (plus days).
