We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following qualities:

  1. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and experience with school financial software like FMS. A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles is essential.
  2. Administrative Skills: Ability to manage databases, maintain pupil records, handle correspondence, and assist with general office duties.
  3. IT Skills: Competence in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheets and data management, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact professionally with parents, staff, and suppliers, and explain processes clearly.
  5. Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and uphold professional ethics.
