The Directors and Leadership Team of Exceed Learning Partnership are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and presentation standards at our new premises located at Railway Court, Ten Pound Walk, Doncaster DN4 5FB.
Exceed Learning Partnership is a Multi Academy Trust comprising 10 academies, including Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy, and Willow Primary School.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Cleaning Protocols: Follow detailed cleaning procedures to ensure all areas meet hygiene and safety standards, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Work Collaboratively: Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently, maintaining clear communication and cooperation.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the office is consistently clean and well-presented.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring timely reordering to prevent shortages.
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Comply with all regulations to maintain a safe working environment for staff, visitors, and pupils.
- Provide and respond to feedback: Offer constructive suggestions to improve cleaning processes and standards.
- Secure the building at the close of each day.
The post holder will ensure the cleaning operation runs smoothly, maintaining a clean, welcoming, and healthy environment for all.
