Overview

The City of Doncaster Council is a confident, ambitious organisation which puts improving the life of its residents at the centre of everything we do. You have an opportunity to be part of this in the roles of Engagement & Outreach Officers, which play key roles in shaping and expanding our offer to meet both local needs and national priorities.

These newly created roles are designed to engage with communities across Doncaster to increase the numbers of people engaging with learning and working with partner organisations internally and externally to build knowledge and trust. To facilitate the enrolment process and initial assessment of learners, ensuring a robust and accurate process is implemented across the city. To promote lifelong learning, your work will support our commitment to Lifelong Learning & Employment Progression, helping adults gain the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market.

These roles will build on that foundation, enhancing our capacity to deliver high-quality, responsive learning opportunities that align with employer demand and sector growth.
