We are looking for:
Our busy and friendly school requires an admin assistant with a \’can-do\’ attitude and an attention to detail.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 is required and experience in Bromcom would be an advantage.
You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, handling telephone enquiries.
You will be dealing with children, staff and parents in a busy office environment where calmness and the ability to prioritise are key skills.
Awareness of SIMS finance would be an advantage.
