Trainer Assessor: Service Sectors role at Doncaster College. DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, and Customer Service.

This is a varied and rewarding role that involves classroom delivery, workplace assessment, and close collaboration with employers to ensure apprentices achieve their full potential. Join a supportive team committed to outstanding teaching and learning across the region.

Essential Criteria

  • Level 3 qualification in Business, Customer Service or Management
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
  • Experience in leadership, management, business administration and/or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in college and workplace settings
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor apprentice progress
  • Liaise with employers to ensure training meets business needs and apprenticeship standards
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements
  • Support apprentices with guidance, motivation and progression planning
