DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, and Customer Service. This is a varied and rewarding role that involves classroom delivery, workplace assessment, and close collaboration with employers to ensure apprentices achieve their full potential. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning across the region. This role is across Colleges, Doncaster and North Lindsey.
Essential Criteria
- Level 3 qualification in Business, Customer Service or Management.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
- Experience in leadership, management, business administration and/or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in college and workplace settings.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor apprentice progress.
- Liaise with employers to ensure training meets business needs and apprenticeship standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
- Support apprentices with guidance, motivation and progression planning.

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
