What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a central link between teams, ensuring priorities, initiatives and messages are connected, well timed and clearly understood by colleagues
  • Working with People Services colleagues and senior leaders to support clear, aligned and purposeful communication across the organisation
  • Supporting communication around staff development, learning opportunities, wellbeing initiatives and people‑focused programmes
  • Planning internal communications activity in advance, while remaining responsive to emerging and time‑sensitive priorities
  • Making effective use of internal communication channels to reach different audiences across the Group
  • Collecting feedback and insight to ensure important messages are not missed
  • Supporting employee engagement activity, including communication before, during and after engagement surveys and listening exercises
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organisation
  • Playing a key role in helping colleagues feel informed, connected and engaged, and supporting a shared understanding of what’s happening across the Group and why it matters

About You:

  • A clear, confident and engaging communicator, comfortable crafting messages and communicating in person with colleagues and groups
  • Confident working with senior leaders to shape clear, aligned and people‑focused communication
