Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to course and admissions enquiries from prospective students
- Provide clear and accurate information on courses, entry requirements and admissions processes
- Process FE and HE applications within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date learner records and data systems
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve and streamline admissions processes
- Support the day‑to‑day administration of the Admissions and Enquiries team
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive student experience
